Granma on the Corner

This first pitch (nah nah, not off the mound) was filmed in January 2010 right off of Yonge-Dundas Square in the heart of the T.O. (yes, yes, as in Toronto, Ontario). The crew of three got up before dawn and we were rolling as the sun was rising. Not meant to really be edited but only to be seen as a rush with the hope that a "documentary moment" (think decisive moment for a documentary film) was...

the crew was almost as extraordinary as Roger Carter, our man with Granma on the Corner.

Director: Ben Lenzner
Camera: Layal Al-Haidari
Sound: Jessica Dymond

love and health to all...
