clear waters, autumn bicycling & spam to all.

somehow my email got hacked and my account sent out a spam a lam a lot email to every one in my address book. that was trife.

even trifer, was that in the process my entire address book got erased. i'll tell ya, these computers will give you a run for your money, that's for sure.

i've come to realize that there are many things in life that we can't control.

life, is one of them.

today i went on a sojourn through t.o. my plan was to bike along the great lake to find a spot to chill and breathe. it was a warm autumn day here in the t.o, a day that was asking for exploration.

i headed east to the beaches and then came back around west and headed out on the 3 kilometre leslie spit to take in the distant canadian cities and toronto from afar.

out near the lighthouse i glimpsed the water in lake ontario, my goodness, that water is clear!

so now i'm knackered. it's just about ten, but time for bed...
