Sabzi Mandi
Every morning trucks from all over India arrive at the largest vegetable and fruit market in Dehradun, the "Sabzi Mandi." I woke up at six this morning and bicycled about ten kilometres to check out the veggies. Most the trucks arrive from the neighboring state of Punjab & Haryana but mangoes have begun to show their sweet face around the city and these "early season" mangoes make the journey by train, from the south, first to Delhi and then onwards north, to Dehradun.

That's a lot of Mangos. Just remember, you got to peel the skin off with your hands, and then wash your hands. See, someone once gave me some very bad instructions on how to eat a mango, and to make a long story short I had a bad experience with the wonderful fruit that displays a mixture of such vibrant colors as you have captured in this foto. Love you much.

Good to hear the short pants are out and about, although i prefer "short short pants." In India, not too many folks wear shorts so I'm stuck with rocking pants and then rolling up the bottoms.
