ryhmes without borders

last night i checked out a hip hop showcase put on by nomadic wax. the beats were hot and the lyrics were spitting like fire. mc's from sierra leone, kenya, liberia and puerto rico were representing throughout the night. live percussion and smooth beats melded and welded together. the crowd was perpetually smiling and it made me smile too. i was happy to be in nyc...
